Seville-headquartered company Salvicon Technology has beaten Ingedemo and Nervión Industries (a subsidiary of Amper) in the process of acquiring the assets of Ditecsa. Ditecsa entered into Insolvency proceedings in December 2018 and managed to approve an agreement in June 2019, although the COVID crisis cut short its plans and put it back in an Insolvency situation.
With this sale, it has been possible to maintain the activity of the company’s operational and structural divisions despite being in liquidation after failing to comply with its agreement. It has also guaranteed the maintenance of 107 jobs.
Founded in 1993, DITECSA is a company in the sector of mechanical and electrical installation, instrumentation and control systems for all types of industrial plants and integral industrial maintenance, particularly relevant in oil & gas and petrochemicals, mining, energy and industrial sectors.
This operation was -according to the firm- “carried out in record time (three months) and innovatively adapting the protocols for the rapid sale of production units.”
Deloitte Legal´s team was led by Restructuring & Insolvency director and head of the area Cruz Amado, along with senior associate Carolina Ventura, associate Alejandra Rodríguez Santaliestra, and junior associates Verónica Fernández Roldan, and Mónica Trigo. The Financial Advisory team also participated, led by Carmen María Cruz Jiménez and Gabriela García Santos.
