Diana López Ruiz is a lawyer with more than eight years of experience in Labour Law. She joins the more than 30 professionals of Deloitte Legal Labour area, headed by partner Covadonga Roldán, as a senior associate from Escalona & De Fuentes Abogados, where she was a lawyer in the firm’s Labour department, which she joined in 2014.
Diana has focused her practice on advice on Labour and Social Security Law, common and senior management contracts, dismissals and company restructuring, Litigation in the Social jurisdiction, Labour and Social Security Due Diligence and contracts and subcontracts.
Diana López holds a double degree in Law and Political Science & Administration, and also holds a Master´s degree in Company Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
The firm has also added junior lawyer Belén Estellés-Zanón Carrascosa to its Labour department.
