Vicente Moret has extensive experience in providing legal advice to national and international companies in cybersecurity and technological regulation, as well as in the legal support of developing projects related to cloud services, artificial intelligence or big data.
Moret is a lawyer of the Cortes Generales in the Congress of Deputies and belongs to the Superior Body of Civil Administrators of the State on leave. He has been the Lawyer of the National Security Commission of that Chamber and secretary of the Spanish Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
With a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Vicente Moret is a professor of Digital Law at IE Law School and regularly participates as a speaker, among others, at the National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE), the Joint Cyberspace Command and the Association of Audit and Control of Information Systems (ISACA). In addition, he actively collaborates with the National Cybersecurity Forum.
