Paula is an experienced Corporate lawyer who, until now, has been working for the last eight years at ONTIER Spain, specialising in Fashion Law. Her experience and practice are focused on Corporate Law, providing legal advice to various national and international companies in relation to financing and restructuring (Joint Ventures, alliances, acquisitions, IPOs).
Paula is recommended in Banking and Finance areas by the international directory Legal 500. She completed a Degree in Law at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid (ICADE) and qualified as an English solicitor under The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) in 2017, having worked at ONTIER UK for 5 years.
She is a collaborating teacher of the San Pablo Ceu University and ISDE and a member of the Madrid Law Bar Association and the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.
