Carmen Bardi holds nine years of experience as a Labour lawyer. She started her career as a practising lawyer at MAIO Legal, and joined CMS Spain´s Labour department in 2017, also as a member of the firm´s French Desk.
At CMS, she was involved in strategic employment consultancy for multinational companies and groups in Spanish, Italian, French and English, holding relevant experience in complex collective redundancies, involving several jurisdictions, in-court experience (litigation and pre-negotiation phase), objective and disciplinary dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, company and group policies, senior management, post-contractual non-competition agreements, harassment proceedings, coordination of international Labour advice (mainly EU countries and Africa) and Labour Due Diligence processes, in the framework of national and transnational operations.
In 2021, she was appointed Equality agent at CMS, responsible for promoting and implementing equality and diversity measures at the firm.
She is a Law graduate with a diploma in International Legal Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and holds a Master´s degree in Labour and Social Security Law from
Université Paris Nanterre.
She now joins Cuatrecasas Labour department at Palma office.
