David Fernández joins Cuatrecasas from DWF-RCD, where he has been working since 2018. Previously, he worked at Ramón y Cajal Abogados from 2015 to 2018. During these years Fernández has worked providing advice on Commercial Law, International, and National Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Contractual Law, Commercial Negotiations, General Legal Advice, and Real Estate, among others. He also was an associate professor of Big Data at ISDE (2016-2017).
He is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and he also studied International Business Law at ESADE. He holds a Master’s degree in Compliance and Commercial Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and holds postgraduate studies in Insolvency and Commercial Law from Universidad de Deusto.
