Teknia Manufacturing Group (Teknia) has registered a Commercial Paper (CP) Programme on MARF, which will be issued under the “Commercial Paper Programme Teknia 2023”.
Banca March acts as Lead Arranger. Bankinter, Banca March and PKF Attest act as Dealers, and Bankinter as Paying Agent, with Cuatrecasas acting as Legal Advisor and Banca March as Registered Advisor.
The maximum outstanding balanace of the CP Programme is €30 million, with each Commercial Peper having a nominal value of €100,000, meaning that the maximum number of Commercial Paper in circulation at any given time shall not exceed 300.
The term of the Programme is of one year from the date of incorporation to MARF.
