Grupo Giró has acquired the majority of the capital of the company Serfruit and also of the company Sersuport, which provides its technical service. In this way, both companies become part of the Giró Group, which has become a world’s leading reference in integrated solutions for the fruit and vegetable industry. With this integration, the Giró Group adds to its offer of fruit and vegetable net packaging all the capacity to automate fruit and vegetable processing plants from selection to palletising, as well as being able to be present in other sectors thanks to the automation solutions provided by Serfruit.
The current owners of Serfruit/Sersuport will continue as partners as well as being the managers who lead these companies, giving continuity to the successful trajectory that has been achieved.
