Isabel Campos, the new partner of Tornos Abogados Madrid office, obained her Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Master’s Degree in Stock Market and Markets from the Institute of Stock Market Studies (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles-IEB).
She specialises in Real Estate operations, companies sales and assets operations, joint venture agreements and operations in the infrastructure and energy sector. She has professional experience of more than 20 years, most of them, in first level lawyer firms where she advised both industrial, commercial and service companies, as well as investors and individuals.
She began her professional career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she worked as a lawyer in the Real Estate area. In 2007 he joined the Corporate/ M&A team at Perez-Llorca. In January 2013 he continued her career as head of contracting and tenders in the Europe and Asia-Pacific area of the multinational company Ferrovial Construcción. In 2017, she joined the Cuatrecasas as a counsel in the Corporate/ M&A area, specialising in Real Estate operations. She now joins Tornos Abogados´ Commercial area.
