Cosentino hires Legal counsel

Cosentino Group has hired José Martín García García as Legal counsel, after the departure of Cayetano Fuentes, who recently left the company for Ambar Partners

As announced by Legal Dealmaker on February 16, Cayetano Fuentes, former Legal counsel at Cosentino Group, left the company and was hired by Ampar Partners as a partner. Now the company has filled the Legal counsel position with lawyer José Martín García García.

José Martín joins Cosentino from Bufete Financiero y Fiscal, where he was a partner. He joined the firm in 2018, and was in charge of Corporate Restructuring planning, Corporate conflicts, Due Diligence processes, Commercial contracts, acted as Insolvency Administrator, and dealt with Commercial Legal proceedings. he has previous experience at Lealtadis Abogados, Martínez-Echevarría Abogados and Ramón y Cajal Abogados, always working on Corporate and Commercial matters.

He is a Law graduate from Universidad de Almería and holds a Master´s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, a Master´s degree in Taxation by Centro de Estudios Financieros and a CAP Master´s degree.
