In an interview with Lexlatin, Conde explains that she returns to the position with a panoramic view, she says, she no longer has a predominantly legal profile, now management is the focal point.
As the interview by Gabriela Quevedo reflects, Conde has been working at Santander for more than 20 years. By 2021, this multinational had more than nine thousand branches, 193,303 employees, and more than 152 million customers. For the last five years, -states the interviewer- Lola Conde has served as a Chief Operating Officer.
“Her trajectory within Santander leads her to say that she has lived seven professional careers in one. New Technologies, Innovation, Retail Banking, HR, Procurement and Costs, Corporate Governance, Crisis Management are some of the areas she has worked in the company. Of all of them, the most challenging has been her last position, which she created herself, the pivot that has included the return to her previous position,” introduces Quevedo.
