The lawyer specialises in providing judicial and extrajudicial advice to companies in all areas of Business and Labour Law: human resources, company Restructuring, Due Diligence, hiring of senior management, Employment regulation proceedings, suspension of Labour relations, objective dismissals, Insolvency-Labour advice, purchase and sale of production units, disciplinary proceedings (sanctions and dismissals), negotiation of collective agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
He is a regular speaker at conferences related to Labour Law, Insolvency-Labour Law, and Covid-related Law issues. He has published articles, doctrinal articles, legislation summaries, as well as participated in different media. González Hernández is a Labour Law lecturer in the MBA, the Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and the Master’s degree in Company Administrative Management at the School of Management and Higher Studies of the Chamber of Commerce of Granada. He is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Granada.
