ASR Wind owns a portfolio of 12 wind farms located in different regions across Spain with an installed capacity of 422 MW and a hybrid photovoltaic pipeline of 435 MW currently being developed. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 2023 as it is subject to merger control clearance.
