Carles Cuesta recruits Insolvency pro from CMS

CARLES | CUESTA has hired Leyre Lamarque, who joins from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, where she worked in the firm´s Restructuring and Insolvency department

Leyre Lamarque holds a Law degree from Universidad de Deusto with a spacialisation diploma in Economics. She took a double Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Intellectual Property at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and also holds a Master´s degree in Business Restructuring and Insolvency Law from the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

SHe started her career at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, in the firm´s Civil Litigation department, and joined CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in 2019, first as a Civil litigator, and then working in the firm´s Restructuring and Insolvency department, from wher she now joins CARLES | CUESTA, the firm founded by José Carles and Carlos Cuesta.
