Capgemini adds senior Legal counsel from Ambar Partners

Capgemini has hired lawyer Mariano Lor Fernández-Torija, who was until now a partner at Ambar partners and previously head of Legal at Grupo Ayesa, as senior Legal counsel

He started his career as international Legal counsel at Indra, where he was responsible, among other tasks, for the management, supervision and coordination of the external and internal legal team of the international subsidiaries: Brazil, Panama, Argentina, Czech Republic, Chile, Colombia, Portugal and Mexico. After this, he was head of Legal Legal Advisory Services Engineering Areas at Grupo Ayesa for seven years, being responsible for the Group’s international subsidiaries: in LATAM, EMEA, South Africa and South-East Asia.

 He is a senior lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in various sectors (industrial, technology, engineering and construction). He described himself as a “Business partner with a high capacity for adaptation, empathy, flexibility and resilience that I have developed as a result of learning after overcoming constant VUCA environments and situations.”

He has recurrent experience in international growth processes and project development in countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, India, South Africa, Portugal, Poland, France, Norway, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE.

He is a Law graduate from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Master´s degree in Business Advisory from the IE Business School. He also has Compliance studies from the Universidad de Nebrija and a Higher Course Data Protection Delegate -DPO-.
