Lara Jiménez advises domestic and foreign clients on Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Joint Ventures, and Private Equity transactions, providing Corporate and Commercial advice to listed companies (BME Growth), whether on ad-hoc deals or aspects deriving from the obligations specific to such entities. She also drafts Due Diligence reports in connection with M&A transactions, including negotiation and enforcement of commercial agreements under Spanish Law. She also has experience providing advice on Board secretarial duties, providing global assistance to Boards of Directors on Corporate Governance-related matters.
Lara joins Bird & Bird as a senior associate from Cazorla Abogados, where she was a Corporate associate joining the firm in 2013. Previously, she worked at Colón de Carvajal Abogados.
She is a Law graduate from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and holds a Master´s degree in International Legal Practice from ISDE Law & Business School, and a Master´s degree in Taxation from Centro de Estudios Financieros.
