Manuela Mendigutía has more than ten years of experience as an IP lawyer. She started her career at PONS IP in 2011 as a TradeMark lawyer.
After seven years, she joined Herrero & Asociados, a full service firm in Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, Advertising, Domain Names and New Technologies, first as head of Foreign TradeMark department, and later as a Valuation of Intangible Assets lawyer. She returned to PONS IP in 2021 as lawyer and project manager of the International Trademark & Brand Intelligence Area of PONS IP, from where she now joins Bird & Bird as a lawyer and as Industrial Property Agent.
She is a Law graduate from Universidad de Salamanca, and holds a Master´s degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
