With more than 14 years of experience in this area, Cintia joins from Garrigues, where she has provided strategic advice to clients in sectors such as life sciences, technology, fashion and e-commerce in relation to the management and defence of intellectual property rights and new technologies.
The new addition has extensive experience in litigation, including multi-jurisdictional proceedings, in patents, trade secrets, trademarks, designs and copyright. She has also been recurrently involved in M&A transactions and in the drafting and negotiation of technology transfer, advertising and selective distribution agreements.
Cintia holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense, a Master’s degree in Health Law from Cesif, another in Intellectual Property from Universidad Carlos III and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard School of Law. Cintia is also a Master’s lecturer at AENOR, at the Pompeu Fabra University and at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
