Bicester Village names Legal director in Spain

The Bicester Village Shopping Collection has appointed Marina Pozas as Legal director for Las Rozas Village and La Roca Village, managing the Legal matters of the village shopping giant in Spain

Marina Pozas is a lawyer with 20 years of managerial experience, with special expertise in management and leadership in international environments, M&A, Corporate Law, International Commercial Law, Transactional Business, Corporate Governance, Litigation, negotiation and diplomacy.

She is a Law graduate from Universidad CEU San Pablo. She holds a postgraduate degree in Energy Law and various Executive Programmes from IE Law School as well as a Business Law Programme from University of California, Berkeley. She was also one of the 45 women that got the UCLA W50 women management programme.

After working at several international law firms, she started her career at Repsol Butano as a senior in-house counsel. In 2000, she jumped to Siemens as senior Legal counsel. After that, she became general counsel of Corporación Llorente, a leading group in the construction sector with presence in Spain, Portugal, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Qatar. In 2018, she became the general counsel of Moove Cars, Spain´s  VTC (ride-hailing vehicles) sector company dedicated to the creation and management of fleets, from where she now joins The Bicester Village Shopping Collection as Legal director for Spain.

Marina is also secretary of the Public Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Las Rozas Village (Madrid) and La Roca Village (Barcelona) are members of a Collection of 11 global shopping destinations, gathering more than 240 boutiques offering world-leading brands and exceptional savings, all home to world-leading fashion and lifestyle brands.
