Helena holds a Law degree and diploma in Economic Law from Universidad de Navarra, as well as a Master´s degree in Commercial Law from CEF (Centro de Estudios Financieros).
She worked as an intern in the Legal Advice department of Pamplona City Council and joined the Rivero & Gustafson, the Spanish member firm of the AWERIAN network, in 2014 as a lawyer in the firm´s Commercial department, where she specialised in Corporate restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property, Due Diligence, Insolvency Law and Contracting.
She now joins Bestax, the firm founded and headed by ex-Garrigues Ekain Aguiriano and Igor Alonso, as a member of the firm´s Commercial department.
