Belda Bordón adds partner from Uría Menéndez

Belda Bordón Abogados has added Sergio Moreno, who joins from Uría Menéndez, as new partner

Sergio Moreno Merodio joins Belda Bordón as a partner. Prior to joining the firm, Sergio worked at Uría Menéndez for seven years and was seconded to the firm’s New York office in 2021.

Sergio has extensive and consolidated experience advising industrial clients, start-ups, and private equity firms on their sale and purchase transactions, joint ventures, and other investment and divestment transactions, and has participated in several of the most relevant and complex transactions in the national M&A landscape in recent years. In addition, Sergio regularly advises founding teams, managers, and investors in the development and design of incentive plans for managers and employees.
