Linklaters has announced its news Global Leveraged Finance practice with eight news partners and two counsel, with Madrid office counsel Begoña Martínez being one of the counsel.
The new partners of the Global practice are Noel Hughes (London), Giacomo Reali (London), Christianne Williams (London), Angus Graham (London), Rohan Saha (London), Dior Lin (Singapore), Przemyslaw Lipin (Frankfurt) and Phil Lee (New York). The new counsel are Diego Esposito (Milan) and Begoña Martínez (Madrid).
Noel Hughes, Giacomo Reali and Christianne Williams, joined Linklaters in London as part of a triple partner hire in March 2022, joining Vinson & Elkins to bolster Linklaters’ already strong leveraged finance capability . This also marks the largest London-based team hire for the firm in recent years. This enhances the Leveraged Finance group’s ability to execute market-leading leveraged finance transactions seamlessly across Europe, advancing the firm’s strategy of representing leading financial institutions and financial sponsors on their most complex leveraged financing transactions.
