With this transaction, AGQ Labs consolidates its position in this service area, in which it already operates in other South American countries, and positions itself in Madrid with two laboratories, following the acquisition of Alkemi in 2019.
Netpharmalab laboratory was founded in 2017, and in just over five years has become one of the most qualified offers in analytical services and stability studies for pharmaceutical products. Sergio Arroyo, director of Netpharmalab, assures that “the integration into the AGQ Labs network of laboratories will allow us to have a greater international expansion, given the presence in more than 25 countries of this great technological group.”
For his part, the president of AGQ Labs, Estanislao Martínez, values the acquisition of the majority stake in Netpharmalab “not only for its goodwill but also for its experience in an area which is strategic for us and which we want to strengthen.”
