Morán has been until now a senior associate at Deloitte Legal, being seconded as DPO to Parques Reunidos for the last period. He joined the Regulatory & Compliance, Data Protection, IT&IP area of Deloitte Legal in 2017. During this time, he was also seconded to Banco Santander for almost two years. Moran started his career as a lawyer at Roca Junyent in 2016.
He is a Law, Criminology, and Security Sciences graduate from the Universidad CEU San Pablo, where he also got his double Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law. He also took a specialisation course on Intellectual and Industrial Property at Thomson Reuters. He studied International and European Law at Vrije Universiteit Brussel as part of an exchange programme.
