Grupo Athisa has been acquired by SASTI a company portfolio of Ufenau Capital Partners. Grupo Athisa is a leading pest control and animal protection company focused on public administration, a leader in the south of Spain and with 175 employees.
Ufenau Capital Partners is a Swiss investment group based near Lake Zurich. Ufenau focuses on majority investments and buy&build strategies in service companies in the DACH region as well as Iberia.
