BDO Abogados has advised International Aerospace Coatings LTD on the award of the public domain concession for the private use of a paint hangar at Teruel Airport, which will operate the new facility for €755,000 per year for 25 years and provides for the creation of between 80 and 90 jobs over the next two years.
Specifically, the Public Law area of BDO Lawyers advised on the completion of the tender, which also required the involvement of the Labour, Outsourcing, Corporate and Tax areas in the different phases of the project and the tender.
International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) intends to build a second paint hangar at the industrial airport of Teruel, with an estimated investment of €20 million, which will generate 60 additional jobs in 2026.
BDO Abogados advised IAC with a team formed by Valencia Legal area director Javier Gómez-Ferrer, together with manager Concha Serna, and senior lawyer Vicente Ibor.
