Carmona holds a degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Law, a Promociona Programme from ESADE and a PDG from IESE. She has been Legal director of Cigna, Legal director and secretary of the Board of BP, and managing partner of MA Abogados, until her incorporation as Corporate Compliance partner of Ecix. She has been president of ACC Europe (Association of Corporate Counsel) and is currently vice-president of the Association of Executives and Directors (EJECON). She also is the general secretary of ‘think tank’ legal Inkietos.
She is well-known as an international Legal director with a proven track record in the energy, insurance and telecommunications sectors. She is also considered an accomplished professional with strong people leadership skills, transformation and innovation, strategy development and execution, business development, and M&A.
