Baker McKenzie Spain adds IP&IT pro from BDO Abogados

Baker McKenzie Spain has hired David Molina Moya, a senior IP&IT lawyer who joins from BDO Abogados, to reinforce its IPTech department

Until now, David Molina Moya has been for the last four and a half years, a senior lawyer and manager of the legal department of BDO’s Privacy and IP & IT department, specialising in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law.

His professional work focuses on Information Technologies, Personal Data Protection, E-Commerce and Intellectual Property, but before that, he briefly worked as a university lecturer -he was a full-time professor of Constitutional Law at the age of 23- and the business sector dedicated to the latest developments in DNS.

He is a Law graduate and holds a Master’s degree in legal sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and he holds a Master’s degree in IP&IT from ESADE.
