Aleksandra Czajka holds more than seven years of experience in advising on M&A, business reorganizations, Private Equity and Real Estate. Likewise, she has advised on financing transactions for acquisition, refinancing and restructuring, usually working in international environment.
She started her career at Baker McKenzie Barcelona, where she got experienced in Corporate, M&A / Private Equity, Banking & Finance, Real Estate Law, making senior associate in 2022, from where she now joins CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo Barcelona office.
She holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, along with a Master´s degree in Real Estate and Construction Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). She also took her Master´s degree in Law Practice and Business Law at UPC-IDEC. She also lectures at the postgraduate degree in Legal Practice at the Barcelona Bar Association (EPJ – ICAB).
