Baker advises sellers on the sale of CS2

Baker McKenzie has advised the sellers (private shareholders) on the sale of CS2 (Cryptography & Security Systems) to Telefónica Soluciones de Criptografía, a company from the Telefónica Group

Telefónica Group´s Telefónica Soluciones de Criptografía, S.A. has acquired Cryptography & Security Systems, S.L. (known as CS2) from its 34 shareholders.

CS2 is a 100% proprietary technology with 20 years of experience, offering a comprehensive service in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our secure communications systems in strategic and tactical communications.

CS2 has a multidisciplinary team made up of highly qualified telecommunications, physics and computer engineers, who create and implement secure systems whose development is carried out on the most advanced and reliable technologies, and who have been recongnised by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior for the tactical communications developed and used in the fight against terrorism.

Baker McKenzie advised the seller´s shareholders with a team led by partner Enrique Valera, together with associate Pablo García and junior associate Isabel Rodríguez.
