Ashurst nabs Baker´s Litigation and Arbitration head

Ashurst has strengthened its Litigation and Arbitration practice with the incorporation of José Ramón Casado as a partner in the Madrid office, joining from Baker McKenzie, where he headed the Litigation & Arbitration practice

José Ramón Casado will join the Litigation and Arbitration team led by José Antonio Rodríguez.

José Ramón joins Ashurst from Baker McKenzie, where he has worked from 2005 to date, leading the Civil Litigation and Arbitration practice. José Ramón has a solid professional background and more than 23 years of experience in Commercial and Civil Litigation, as well as in domestic and international Arbitration. He has also advised numerous clients on Intellectual Property and Insolvency proceedings, both nationally and internationally.

This brings the number of partners in the Ashurst Madrid office to 15.
