Martín Miranda holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and took his Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
After an internship at EY Abogados, he started his career at JB.M.F. Tax Counselors, joining Uría Menéndez Finance department in 2018, where he spent almost four years before joining Allen & Overy as an associate in the firm´s Banking & Finance department, fro where he now rejoins Uría Menéndez in the same department as a senior associate.
He was part of the team that advised the banks on the largest 2022 green corporate loan: a €1.1 billion green syndicated loan led by CaixaBank, granted to Aqualia, with participation of 10 banks
