Antonio Ramírez was until now a senior associate in the Finance department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Madrid. He started his career in 2005, and after a traineeship in the Real Estate department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, he joined DLA Piper, where he was an associate in the firm´s Finance and Projects department. In 2010, he was seconded as an in-house lawyer to the Legal department of the UPS Brussels office.
From Freshfields, he has been involved in many cross-border acquisition deals advising international companies. He joined Freshfields in 2012, and was seconded to the European Real Estate Finance department of J.P. Morgan in London, and later to the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer DLA Paris office. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
He now joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo as fo counsel.
