Antonio Paredes leaves Cuatrecasas to join the partnership at ZADAL

Antonio Paredes, one of the Legal Dealmaker´s "Partners to be", leaves Cuatrecasas to join the partnership at Zadal, where he joins the team headed by Constantino Vidal, Nazario Mendoza and Antonio Cendán, as a Finance partner

Paredes has participated in numerous national and international debt restructuring and refinancing transactions for companies in the real estate and industrial sectors. Until now, he was a senior associate in the Finance department of Cuatrecasas, which he joined in 2010. Antonio handles national and international Debt Restructuring and Refinancing transactions for companies in the real estate and industrial sectors; Refinancing agreements; and Financing transactions using different structures, including Corporate, Acquisition and Project Finance. He is a specialist in distressed acquisition transactions and credit and asset portfolio sales, having participated in all aspects of many major transactions in Spain in recent years.

Antonio holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and lectures on Project Finance at the same institution and in the Bachelor of Laws and Master´s degree in International Law at ISDE Law & Business School.

The legal boutique ZADAL Abogados y Asesores Tributarios, specialising in Tax Law and wealth management, entered a new corporate phase in 2021, ending its alliance with ECIJA and relaunching its firm led by partners Constantino Vidal, Nazario Mendoza and Antonio Cendán with a new strategic plan for the coming years.

ZADAL, founded in 2015, aims in this new phase to consolidate its recognition in the tax and wealth management areas, advising, among others, top-level sportsmen, executives, family offices, private banking clients, entrepreneurs and business angels, both nationally and internationally.

Antonio Paredes was selected by Legal Dealmaker as one of Spain´s “Partners to be” on Febreuary 24.
