Jordi Vilanova has extensive experience in Commercial advice, and has developed his activity as a Corporate lawyer in RocaJunyent´s Commercial department, focusing on the practice of Company Law, Corporate Governance and Commercial contracts for national and international companies.
Jordi also specialises in the Private Equity & Venture Capital sector, advising both investment funds and entrepreneurs in different financing rounds (from Seed Series to Series A, B or C rounds).
At the same time, he is also specialised in “redomestication” procedures or international transfers of the registered office of foreign companies to Spain and vice versa, having participated in different operations of this nature.
Jordi Vilanova began his professional career at RocaJunyent in 2015 after completing his Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the Institute of Continuing Education (IDEC-UPF).
At RocaJunyent he was part of the teams advising Kompyte on its sale to Semrush, as well as on several funding rounds (Pridatec, VB Devices, AEInnova).
He now joins Antai Ventures as Chief Legal Officer. Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012, it has co-founded +25 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, Nemuru, PlatanoMelon and Vitaance. Its ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value, currently employing more than 3.000 people.
