Gala Pons is specialised in general contracting and advice on national and international M&A deals, Corporate and group Restructuring, and Corporate advice.
Gala has a degree in Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and throughout her professional career, she has worked at important companies and law firms. She holds the CESCOM® Compliance certification and is an Internationally Certified Compliance Professional recognized by the IFCA.
Gala started her career at Garrigues Valencia office in 2005 and then was hired by Olleros Abogados (now Andersen) to work on the Commercial are of the Valencia and Madrid offices. She returned to Garrigues in San Sebastián in 2012 and spent almost three years, providing advice to Gipuzkoan and foreign companies in the industrial, financial, distribution, food, transport, construction and property development sectors, as well as to public entities and foundations.
She jumped to the in-house world in 2015, as in-house counsel at Orona and later at Sayma. In 2021, she joined Attolón Law as a collaborator lawyer and also worked at Lawyers for Projects.
