Andersen has hired Javier Lacleta aas a partner in the Real Estate and Urban Planning areas, reinforcing the capabilities of this department, which now has seven partners, four of them specialised in the transactional part and three experts in urban planning, management and discipline.
Javier Lacleta holds a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in European Community Law from the Institute of European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He has more than 25 years of professional experience as a lawyer, both in the public administration and in the private sector, especially in the Real Estate area. Specifically, he has worked as head of the Legal department of the office of the Housing Plan of the Community of Madrid, as Legal director at Libra and as director of the Legal department at Martinsa-Fadesa. He has also worked for the last 12 years in law firms such as MAIO Legal, as a partner in the Real Estate and insolvency department, and in Martínez- Echevarría & Rivera, as a partner also in the Real Estate and insolvency department.
The firm has announced thisincorporation along with the one of Javier Martín-Merino, who also joins as a Real Estate partner, as announced by Legal Dealmaker on March 1.
