Andersen moves Seville office to Columbus building

Andersen will move its headquarters in Seville to the emblematic Columbus building, located in Avenida de la Palmera, with the aim of continuing with its growth plan, which also shows a strong commitment to Andalusia

The new offices allow the firm to double the size of its current facilities in order to have the best spaces, prioritising the needs of professionals and clients.

With the closing of the agreement reached between Andersen and Ybarra y Compañía S.A., owner of the building, the firm has started a refurbishment project to adapt the space to the firm’s standards and to the needs of its activity. And all this with a great commitment to innovation from a technological point of view, which will make Seville the most advanced office in Spain in this respect. The works will begin immediately in order to be able to move to the new headquarters next May.

The managing partners of Andersen in Iberia, José Vicente Morote and Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre emphasised: “the move of the Seville office is in line with Andersen’s expansion strategy in Andalusia, which began two years ago, in addition to the recent opening of the Malaga office, with which we aim to position the Firm among the leading law firms in this autonomous region.”

“The new facilities will allow us to grow quantitatively and qualitatively, with more space and the latest technologies at the service of our professionals and clients,” said Morote and Rodríguez-Sastre, who stressed that “the firm’s Strategic Plan seeks to develop our presence at the highest level in all the cities where we are present and therefore, along with this new turning point in Seville, in the last year the firm has also moved its offices in Valencia, Lisbon, and Barcelona to better facilities.
