Andersen in Spain lures M&A/Corporate partner from Ceca Magán

Andersen in Spain has hired Juan Ignacio Alonso Dregi, who joins from Ceca Magán Abogados, as a M&A partner

From now on, Juan Ignacio Alonso Dregi, will be a partner at Andersen Barcelona office. He concentrates his activity in Litigation and Arbitration, Bankruptcy, M&A, IPT/IT, Employment and Real Estate. His advice is focused on large groups related to the automotive, education, luxury, retail, real estate financing, TMT and E-Commerce sectors.

He has more than 27 years of experience giving advice to clients from all around the world and is also a lecturer in several organizations and Masters’ degrees of Law in Spain (currently coordinator of the Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations at ISDE) being one of the Spanish Attorneys recommended by the French Consulate of Barcelona.

He regularly publishes articles in important national and international legal magazines, as for example, Fusions & Acquisitions (in France), Expansión (in Spain) or Legal Week (in UK). Ranked by Chambers in the Dispute Resolution practice, Best Lawyers as recommended lawyer in M&A and Corporate law, Real Estate and Litigation from 2015 to 2022, Leaders League and Legal 500. Current Honorary Consul of Malta for Catalonia and Aragon based in Barcelona.

He joined Ceca Magán a year ago and previously he worked at Dentons for more than 14 years.
