The building is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Spain, with a height of 235 meters, distributed over 57 floors, covered with a double façade system for high-quality thermal and light insulation. It is one of the most exclusive and modern buildings in the capital. It has large spaces and meeting rooms with a total of 60,142 leasable square meters, spread over 57 floors.
Emperador Properties is the Real Estate division of Grupo Emperador, dedicated to the acquisition and management of real estate assets in Spain, with a portfolio currently valued at one billion euros. Its investments include Torre Emperador Castellana and Caleido in Madrid and Torre Diagonal One in Barcelona.
