Andersen assists Trammell Crow with land acquisition for logistics projects

Andersen has advised Trammell Crow Company on its first land purchase in Spain; three land acquisitions for logistics projects in Madrid and Barcelona

Andersen has advised Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a US-based company and a leader in commercial real estate development and investment, on the purchase of three plots of land in Spain, marking the start of its first logistics projects in our country.

The more than 170,000 square metres acquired by TCC are located in strategic points of the national logistics ring around Madrid and Barcelona. More specifically, the first acquisition includes a 13,787 sq m brownfield site in Granollers, Barcelona, the second acquisition includes a 53,727 sq m brownfield site in Cabanillas, Guadalajara and the third acquisition is a 108,515 sq m greenfield site in Alovera, Guadalajara.

The sites will be transformed into warehouses of 8,594 sq m, 34.040 sq m, and a 49,149 sq m Class A warehouse respectively, being the estimated construction date for the projects is mid-2023, with completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Andersen’s Real Estate team was led by partner Maite Hernández along with associate Arnau Galera.
