Andersen has advised Segurfer XXI and Póliza Médica on the sale of their insurance brokerage businesses to Grupo Concentra, a group majority owned by the French fund Blackfin Capital Partners.

This happens after BlackFin Capital Partners´acquisition of a majority stake in the Concentra Group, with the aim of boosting its growth in the Iberian Peninsula.

This is the most relevant operation of the fund in Spain, which seeks to boost its growth both in Spain and Portugal through the purchase of other insurance brokers that would be incorporated under the umbrella of the new group under the ‘buy & build’ model. The Concentra Group has around 200 professionals and expects to reach 22 million euros in turnover by 2022.

Andersen´s team advising on this deal was formed by Corporate/M&A partner Javier Cubillo, together with same department senior associate Teresa García.
