Andersen advises Flexoh on its alliance with Betterfly

This alliance has allowed Betterfly, a corporate labour benefits platform very valued in the insurtech sector in Latin America, to bring forward its arrival in the European market through Spain, which was planned for 2023.

The agreement achieved in July was closed in September after approval by the relevant regulatory bodies.

Andersen team advised Flexoh with a team led by Tax partner Borja de Gabriel, Tax senior associate Alejandro Barrachina and Corporate and M&A director Ricardo Pla.
