Andersen advises EGM on PV stake sale to Shark Power

Andersen in Spain has advised Endurance Green Management (EGM) on the sale of its stake in several photovoltaic parks to Shark Power

Andersen´s Corporate, M&A and Energy departments have advised Endurance Green Management, an energy company specialising in renewable energies, on the sale of a significant stake that the company managed in seven photovoltaic parks, which has been acquired by Shark Power, a company headquartered in Seville also dedicated to the energy sector.

Following the completion of this transaction, the combined capacity of the different projects that make up these photovoltaic parks will amount to 500 MW.

The transaction has been led by Ignacio Blanco, director in the Corporate and M&A area and member of the firm’s Energy group. Ignacio is a specialist in Corporate and Commercial Law, focusing his activity on M&A operations in the energy sector and self-consumption. He has participated in the acquisition and sale of projects related to renewable energies (wind, photovoltaic, solar thermal and biomass), advising developers, investment funds and financial institutions in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Peru, Italy, Poland and Romania.
