Borja Molina holds a Law Degree from the University of Zaragoza and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy and Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has more than 15 years of experience in which he has worked at Garrigues and GTA Villamagna, as well as on his own project. He specialises in national and international tax planning linked to family groups and large estates, in the taxation of corporate restructurings and real estate transactions.
Silvia de Andrés holds a Law degree from the University of Valladolid and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. She has more than 14 years of experience working at Garrigues and Ruiz Gallardón Abogados, mainly advising on tax planning and specialising in contentious Tax law.
Mariano Mateos holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has more than 12 years’ experience working at Garrigues and Avantia, specialising in Tax planning for large estates, Restructuring operations and Tax Litigation.
José Vicente Morote and Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, managing partners of Andersen in Iberia, have highlighted that these incorporations “represent an important reinforcement of the Tax area in the Madrid office, a department that has a great weight in the firm as a whole and is fundamental in our growth and specialisation strategy.”
