Javier Martín-Merino is an expert in Urban Planning and Real Estate Law, Civil and Civil Litigation Law and Administrative and Contentious Administrative Law.
Javier joins from Madrid-based law firm Verdegay Abogados, where he was a partner.
He has also been linked for a long time to the automobile industry. He is an FIA Courts judge and vice-president of the FIA Coast Cap Adjudication Panel (CCAP). He is also an arbitrator of the Spanish Court of Sports Arbitration and belongs to the Anti-Doping Disciplinary Commitee of the FIA. He has been a member of the Sports Appeals and Disciplinary Tribunal of the Spanish Royal Automobile Federation.
He currently teaches Administrative Law and Urban Planning at Universidad CEU San Pablo and has lectured at the Madrid Bar Association and at ADM Business School.
Javier is a Law graduate from Universidad CEU San Pablo, and holds an Urban Planning certification from ICAM and from Escuela de Negocios San Pablo CEU.
