Marina holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), obtained her Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from UNED and also holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Marina specialises in general advice on Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, Unfair Competition, advertising, e-commerce and consumers and users. Marina has also provided legal advice on issues related to the right to honour, privacy and image.
She has experience in the preparation of legal audits (due diligence), drafting of legal reports, drafting of injunctions, contractual advice (software contracts, assignment of rights, confidentiality, transfer of technology, advertising and online marketing) and collaborates in civil judicial proceedings on disputes relating to Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
She joined RocaJunyent´s Intellectual Property & Digital Business department in 2017, after internships both at Allen & Overy and at the State Legal Service, Ministry of Justice.
She now joins Andersen´s IP, Culture & Media department as a senior lawyer.
