AndBank adds Corporate counsel from Pinsent Masons

AndBank has hired Isabel García Díaz-Mauriño as a Corporate/M&A lawyer, joining from Pinsent Masons, where she was a Corporate senior associate

Isabel specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, investments, divestments and Corporate Restructuring, as well as general Corporate Law matters.

Until now, she was a senior associate in the Corporate department at Pinsent Masons Madrid. She has extensive knowledge of domestic and international transactions for a variety of clients in the real estate, infrastructure, financial services, food and consumer, healthcare, technology and industrial sectors.

Isabel joined Pinsent Masons in 2017 from Ramón y Cajal Abogados, where she also was a Corporate lawyer.

Isabel holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

She has been part of the Pinsent Masons´team that advised Enagás on the sale of a minority stake of Enagás Renovable to Hy2 and the team that helped MyInvestor secure €20m on a funding round. She has also been involved in several deals with Pinsent Masons client Atrys Health, under the direction of Corporate partner Inmaculada Castelló.

Andbank (Andorra Banc Agrícol Reig, S.A) is an institution specialising in private banking with more than 90 years of experience in the comprehensive management of large assets. It is the banking entity created after the merger in 2001 of two Andorran banks: Banc Agrícol and Banca Reig.
