Alejandro Ramón leaves Garrigues for Cuatrecasas

Cuatrecasas has hired Corporate lawyer Alejandro Ramón Contreras, joining from Garrigues

Alejandro Ramón is a very active Corporate lawyer, having advised from Garrigues on very relevant deals in the Spanish Legal market. He joined Garrigues in 2018 as a Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law associate in the firm´s Barcelona office, where he has been working for almost four. years. Previously, and prior to a short stint at Buigas, he was an analyst for two years at BME Growth (BME Group), formerly MAB, and worked in the
Admissions department of the Barcelona Stock Exchange.

Alejandro holds a Law degree from Universidad Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Economics from the same institution, having completed a Master’s degree in Law at the UPF Barcelona School of Management and another in Administrative Management at the Universidad Abat Oliva CEU. He holds a SIBE operator’s licence and several courses from the BME institute. Alejandro speaks Russian, as well as Spanish and English.

From Garrigues, he has advised several firm´s longtime clients such as Atrys Health, Greenalia, Audax, Parlem or Aspy, usually under the direction of renowned partner Naiara Bueno. He now joins Cuatrecasas Barcelona office.
