Until now, Eric Napoli has been a senior Legal counsel at Amadeus in Madrid, Spain, leading a team of global lawyers who support the company’s emerging Airport IT business unit. He also had been focused on innovation and new technologies within the Amadeus legal department, with a special interest in Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Biometrics, and the role of technology in society. Now, as VP of Legal Strategy at AirHelp, he will stay based in Madrid.
Eric is a seasoned attorney with vast international experience (in private practice, at a top business school, start-ups, and a market-leading multinational tech company) dedicated to building multicultural understanding within diverse teams. He has provided innovative solutions to global businesses through his expertise in communications, business development, training, mediation, new technologies (biometrics, artificial intelligence), enterprise agility, advocacy, sustainable development, and cross-cultural counselling.

Prior to Amadeus, Eric worked for IT start-ups, at the IE Business School as a professor and administrator, and in private practice in his native Washington, DC. Eric has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and International Relations, a PhD in Law, and an MBA.
